For the money, which is the best affordable software that provides management with all of the information and tools to manage the facility and has various tools effective for retention purposes?
Really depends on an awful lot of factors: size and number of your facilities, size of membership, management requirements, your own technological abilities, your IT budget, support needed, etc. I'd rank in this order: Conexion, CheckFree, ABC and down from there.
